Tequila Don Carranza Reposado Is the first definitive level of aging. Reposado or rested, mandates that the tequila remain in wooden barrels for a period of four to six months, but no longer than 12 months.
The type of barrel used, resins and tannins exuded the tequila having a dramatic impact on the finished product. The subtle nuances distinguish one tequila from another.
Don Carranza Tequila is carefully hand crafted using the oldest process (cooking the agaves in the old brick ovens). This process gives the best aroma. Our Tequilas are aged in the Oaks Barrels giving the smooth oak unique flavor. Don Carranza Tequila will be enjoyed by the most demanding connoisseur.
