Baluarte Tequila Reposado is an artisan product, process 100% from Agave Tequilana Weber's Blue in the region of Arandas, Jalisco (los Altos de Jalisco), Mexico. The process includes details that make it unique, starting from the selection of the agaves with exclusive quality just for "premium" products.
It's artisan roasting develops a taste with high quality in comparison with other tequilas made from industrial processes.
The "head and tails" of the double distillations are discarded to produce the smooth "nectar" unlike other brands of tequila that continue to use the harsher alcohols of their distillations.
As a result of this process 100% pure and natural it has a light amber color with a marked white oak barrel with mellow touches aroma, not too sharp to the nose and a slight wooden touch of the oak and a low alcohol taste, herbal nuance with a highly round sweet note of the barrel and a long aftertaste.
Labels are engraved in gold on the bottle as proof of its high quality.
