El Caballo Estrella Tequila Silver is mixto tequila treated without preservatives. This is the traditional tequila that is clear and fresh from the stainless steel. Blanco is also referred as white or silver tequila. Blanco tequila that is not aged or treated with preservatives. This clear tequila goes through the cooling coils of the alambique twice allowing this type of tequila to have the aroma and flavor of the pure Blue Agave; it is typically a little stronger profile.
