The highest form of tequila is 100% blue agave, which means it must be made with 100% blue agave juices and bottled at a Mexican distillery. It may be produced as blanco (silver), reposado (rested) or anejo (aged). An agave plant must be a minimum of six years old before it can be harvested and used to produce tequila.
While most tequilas are know for their burn, rustic overtones and strong alcoholic power, Talero is defined by a soft palatable elegance, creating a new standard for tequila.
This is traditional tequila. It is fresh from the still and must be bottle immediately after the distillation process. Talero Tequila Silver is brilliantly clear, with an exceptionally clean blue agave bouqet and a slight fruity flavour as a result of the special manufacturing process.
