From the field to the distillery our split Agaves are then placed into brick ovens for several hours until they are cooked to perfection. The distinctive flavor characteristic of our Tequila is attained by our specialized method of steaming, modern extraction method, filtration, fermentation, double distillation and aging in new white oak barrels.

Tequila Jarro Viejo Añejo is aged for 18 months in white oak barrels. All of the aromas and flavors of the Oro & Reposado shine through in this well balanced Añejo, and finishes with lemon peel and raw Agave. You'll experience an earthiness that is quite unique compared with other Añejos.
