II 55 Tequila Anejo

This extraordinary Anejo is aged for 18 months in new Tennessee Oak Barrels, then finished 6 months in used Cognac Barrels. During this 2 year resting period, 55 Anjeo acquires its vibrant amber hue, full body, and smooth finish while presenting aromas of cooked Agave, with pleasant flavors of toasted oak, almond and vanilla.
Born in ‘55, the vision of Jim (JR) Rios, part owner of BreakAway Spirits, was to create his own signature Tequila brand distinguished from all others in flavor, presentation and value. Tequila 55, bearing JR’s initials on every bottle, reflects the completion of his goal.
