Don Carranza is aged in oak whiskey barrels for more than 12 months. Some of the most common barrels that are been use in the process of aging this tequila, are made from French oak or white oak.

The type of barrel used, resins and tannins exuded the tequila having a dramatic impact on the finished product. The subtle nuances distinguish one tequila from another.

Don Carranza Tequila is carefully hand crafted using the oldest process (cooking the agaves in the old brick ovens). This process gives the best aroma. Our Tequilas are aged in the Oaks Barrels giving the smooth oak unique flavor. Don Carranza Tequila will be enjoyed by the most demanding connoisseur.
