Spencer comes to Avión from consumer products giant Unilever, where he served in various strategic marketing capacities for nine years. He led the launch of Magnum Ice Cream into the US marketplace, managing a 360-degree activation campaign across multiple channels. Prior to that, Spencer was known for his work on Axe, driving multiple high-profile initiatives including Dark Temptation, Double Pits to Chesty and Axe Lounge, as well as the product’s in-store marketing. He has also worked on leading brands such as Suave, Dove Hair, and Degree Deodorant.

Spencer has a variety of cross-functional experience as well, having started his tenure at Unilever in supply chain before moving onto sales and shopper marketing. He has received several industry accolades for his work, including multiple Reggie Awards and the MediaPost Creative Award. Most recently, he won OMMA and W3 awards for the Magnum Ice Cream launch. He graduated from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University.
