Familia Camarena Tequila announced today that the company will continue its marketing sponsorship agreement with the World Champion San Francisco Giants. On the heels of an exciting conclusion to last year's 2010 season, Major League Baseball's Opening Week kicks off Familia Camarena Tequila's second season as a sponsor of the reigning World Champion baseball club.
"Familia Camarena Tequila's inaugural year with the Giants was an incredible experience," said Gerard Thoukis, Director of Marketing for Camarena. "The opportunity to continue positive momentum and exposure with a championship team in one of our marquee markets is priceless. We look forward to many more great seasons with the Giants."
"We are pleased to continue our relationship with Familia Camarena Tequila," said Jason Pearl, Managing Vice President of Sponsorship and New Business Development for the San Francisco Giants. "2010 is definitely a year we will never forget, from what we accomplished on the field with a World Series Championship to the start of our new partnership with Familia Camarena Tequila. We look forward to the 2011 season, and the continued success of our two brands."
Celebrating its one-year anniversary in California this year, Familia Camarena Tequila is rapidly expanding distribution across the country. Announcement of Familia Camarena Tequila's partnership renewal with the Giants is commensurate with the announcements of marketing sponsorship agreements between Familia Camarena Tequila and five other high profile Major League Baseball clubs across the league.
